The key ingredient, 10% Tranexamic Acid, helps block the Plasmin inflammatory pathway, responsible for hyperpigmentation, while 3% Tyrostat™️-09 reduces excessive melanin production.

Other powerful ingredients in FAHER-TX include 1.5% Alpha-Arbutin and 2% Kojic Acid, which work together to inhibit the tyrosinase enzyme that is responsible for melanin production, leading to a reduction in the formation and appearance of dark spots. 4% Niacinamide stops the transfer of melanin-containing vesicles from melanin-producing cells to upper layers of the skin.
